HajatElbait is referenced here as "we," "our," and "us." “You” and “your” refer to the customers.
Welcome to HajatElbait Supermarket Est. and thank you for your interest in registering
and becoming a member of our customer community. It is very important to review
and acknowledge the terms and conditions agreement. Registering and placing
purchase orders via the HajatElbait website, email, and WhatsApp means
that you agree to these terms and conditions.
HajatElbait assures customers that all products sold at HajatElbait supermarket
and delivered to customers are genuine, received from authorized product importers or
manufacturer distributors, or bought from licensed wholesalers, and assures delivery
of products in good condition.
Availability of products and stability of prices cannot be guaranteed at all times as the
causes are often affected by factors beyond our control. We will update our platforms
as soon as possible to reflect the current status. It is our goal and obligation to do the
best we can to meet the expectations of our customers; however, we cannot guarantee
that nothing will go wrong. If an item is not available, the customer will be notified by call,
email, or WhatsApp before the order goes out for delivery.
Orders usually go out for delivery within one hour from the time of acceptance of the
order unless delayed by external causes such as weather or traffic. The order will come
with an invoice that has a request number. The receiver does not have to be the
requester but must have the request number to authenticate the identity of the receiver.
Customers are requested to report any issue related to the delivered products or
services within two hours of delivery. Any issue reported after two hours from delivery
may not be accepted.
